We still stand committed to using the most eco-friendly practices to keep your homes clean and healthy during this time. We have added an additional step to our already stellar service to include a 6% peroxide 2 pass disinfecting spray system of all high touch surfaces. The two-pass system ensures that the surfaces remain wet for the recommended time to effectively disinfect. This includes countertops, cabinets, bathrooms, railings, doors and doorknobs, light switch plates, hard backed chairs and all other high touch surfaces. For those that wish to have a cleaning scheduled, we askthat you follow these temporary protocols:
If you, or anyone in your home, are sick, please cancel and reschedule your appointment. We will not enter a home even if the individual who is ill is sequestered in a closed room. For our part, no employee who is sick will be allowed to work until cleared by a physician.
If anyone in the home has been diagnosed with COVID-19, we ask to be notified immediately. We will not clean the home until the individual has been given an all clear by their physician. At that point, we ask that the home be completely aired out for at least 24 hours before our arrival.
We will no longer be making beds or changing linens
Please remove all dirty dishes from sinks. We will no longer wash dishes and cannot clean sinks if dishes are present.
Please dispose of used tissues and personal hygiene items so all surfaces can be clear for cleaning and reduce the spread of germs. We will not remove any used tissues or hygiene items that aren’t located in the trash.
With the uncertainty of the day-to-day changes due to the virus and all that surrounds it, we ask for your flexibility and understanding with scheduling. We will do our very best to keep everything running as smoothly as possible as we try to navigate the unknown.
In addition to those, we are required to maintain social distancing while cleaning and asking that clients keep themselves and family members on the opposite floor of cleaners. We also understand many are working from home now but we are asking those with children to keep the children with you during the cleaning process. With everyone at home all the time now, maintaining a level of cleanliness during this time is different for everyone. For our returning clients....For our first return clean in your home you will be charged by the hour and number of team members cleaning. The price will be $40 an hour per team member.This clean will be a deep clean and disinfection. An invoice will be sent after the return cleaning has been completed and time added up.
